Ronnie's Towing and Recovery takes complaints made against the company and our employees very seriously. We strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with our services and if someone makes a complaint we havent done something right.

When filing a complaint against our company or one of our employees you have several options available to you. You may report it to us and allow us to try and rectify the problem immediately to ensure that you are once again a satisified customer or you may file a complaint against us with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

If you wish to file a complaint with us and allow us the chance to rectify the problem you can do so several different ways.  You can use our electronic web form below, call us on the phone, send us an email, or come visit with a manager in person.
